I called up Winterhall Pte Ltd. They will send another letter to notify our solicitor. With that letter, the solicitor will proceed with the necessary actions, that is to notify the bank. I also confirmed this with our solicitor and he informed that he is waiting for the letter.

anyone gotten letters to get keys already especially from 59? latest i had was a login id to myhome and 5% payment release from bank last month..

Should i be checking w my lawyer or the developer?

if developer, what is the number i can call?

yup..but you will need to pay a service fee and 6 months maintenance in advance prior to key collection. please check with your lawyer..

Sometimes the site is a bit slow. Why not you try again? But do remember to update your unit in your profile and send a mail to isaac b4 you can access the provate folders. There, you'll see the quotes for the planters.

Just receive email from my lawyer to pay maintenance & survey fees..
Bank will release payment on 12May...should be getting my keys next week!! YaTa!!

Mine from UOB
I can't remember if they mention need 5days to disburse..I don't think I read it from Khattar Wong's letter..But they say if need urgently, issue cashier's order instead of cheque..

Orientation for this unit is not good. Facing direct west sun.

Hence selling below valuation.

All the stack 17 from ground floor to high floor face west sun until 6:45Pm

Hence if yøu dont mind, yøu can consider.

Same here, cannot access.. anyway can we park our car there after we collected the key and we had paid the maintenance right? Mine is on this Sat tot of going town after that hehe... will come back to collect the car haha... Just a sudden thinking...

Owner was selling because son is migrating for work. Business was brisk and unit was sold last weekend.

Your view is good. You are between the best and the worst view.
Tuck in the middle, you have a good pool view that is not too high. But not like mine too high to see the pool. I was actually at LEVEL 6 last week just below your. View is great.

Probably Issac is busy with his defect list. Now he had additional task. Defect on his server as well.....All the problem come at the same time.
