A NEW resale record was set for The Pinnacle@Duxton HDB at S$1.26 million for a five-room flat sold in September 2020.

The flat has a floor area of 107 square metres and is on the 43-45th storey, according to data from the Housing Development Board's (HDB) website.

The previous record was S$1.23 million for a five-room unit of the same size and in the same block on the 40-42nd storey, sold in March 2020.

Located in Cantonment Road, units at the 50-storey The Pinnacle@Duxton have featured regularly in transactions exceeding S$1 million.

Resale prices for HDB flats rose in the third quarter of this year, with the resale price index reaching 133.7. This is an increase of 1.4 per cent from the previous quarter, HDB said separately on Thursday.

Last quarter's performance also marked a significant improvement from the previous quarters. The resale price index had risen by a marginal 0.3 per cent in Q2 after staying flat in the first quarter of the year.

The flat has a floor area of 107 square metres (sq m) and is on the 43-45th storey. It has a remaining lease of 89 years and four months, according to data from the Housing Development Board's (HDB) website.

The previous record was S$1.23 million for a five-room unit of the same size and in the same block on the 40-42nd storey, sold in March 2020. The unit has a remaining lease of 89 years and 11 months.

Located in Cantonment Road, units at the 50-storey The Pinnacle@Duxton have featured regularly in transactions exceeding S$1 million.

Another recent resale transaction saw a unit in a separate block at The Pinnacle@Duxton change hands for S$1.21 million in September 2020. The unit, which sits on the 40-42nd storey, has a floor area of 106 sq m and a remaining lease of 89 years and five months.
