    Rezi 24 located over at Lorong 24 Geylang. The final Lorong stretch (Lorong 24 to 40) to see one last transformation. Currently 50% sold
    - Freehold development
    - Apartment status but relatively bigger than most Geylang apartments
    - 110 units with 110 car park space (no mechanical)
    - Relatively affordable psf at an average of $1500-1600 psf range
    - Good locality like any other District 14 projects, walking distance to Aljunied and Mountbatten
    - Good rentability
    - Growing number of expats in this region, with the newly built Nexus International to keep up with the numbers

    Looks like its a good product given its iconic architecture and freehold status. I really liked the exterior. not sure its sales status so far, given that it have been launch for a year or so, since Mar 2019

    according to caveats lodged, 55 of the 110 units have been sold. That's exactly 50% sold.

    Hi all, created this chat to discuss the current potential upside of this Lorong, given the rise of the series of new resi developments and the upcoming Rezi 24.

    Also if anyone knows if the vice activities in the area of Jalan suka and jalan molek has improved.

    Can also share here.

    Private equity and private banking clients will be the first ones to know about the viability of these plots.

    After they have satisfied their own appetites in purchasing all the desirable plots, then the banks will tell the public that they now grant mortgages for these Geylang properties and watch the price boom.

    Right now still no news.
