What urban legend? You cant even tell fact from fiction, just take out any street directory before 1983 and you can see for yourself. Some people just may not like the idea of living above dead bodies or looking over former grave sites, of which Bishan Park is one.new nick registered just to tell us urban legends.....
if this town is haunted, the HDB prices will not be high and good schools will not prosper....
so, i guess you are wrong....
Anyway the choice is yours, if you feel it is all about money you are welcome to live at Bishan, but I for one would not touch that location with a 10 foot pole.
