Which means to say the next door condo "waterbank" will surely be affected as well..

    Nope..
it can be in the morning, afternoon or night (before 10pm).
But most people get used to it here .. It does not affect prices at all ..
This was something i was quite surprised about..

its not constant traffic noise so it can be jolting. but like bro focus said after a while will get used to it.

It's not that bad, I live under the flight path. Hardly any flights when I get home after work. During weekends when I'm home also hardly any...

Used to be worse with paya Lebar airport as a civilian airport before changi. Was fun as a kid, watching the planes fly by... The worst was the Concorde when they flew to sgp, but very excited everytime that happens...

Been there quite a few times, did not notice any noise from planes. Should be ok I guess

My hubby bought allianware to my boy. Somehow the DVD disk failed to write and stacked inside. End up having problem to start up windows 8. So we rush to suntect city, and resolved it.

Then I realsied suntect like ghost city now!! So quiet, so little ppl... How long will the renovation last?

Will it impact the office there? Will it impact the Dakota rental eventually?

i remember, the biggest shareholder cityharvest closed the place for big reno. they are transforming suntec to look like megachurch. i don't think there is a concern as i heard most of the shops are fully leased out even before the reno took place

Dakota is $900+psf. Who ever bought Dakota will be in negative equity in less than 1/2 years time. In fact, i will place a bet that the prices will go down by more than 40%, thanks to NTUC.

NTUC i thought was a GOV agency to fight for the rights of workers? How come sucking peoples money instead?
