Vacanza or RV Edge?

Hi Experts,

May I seek your advice here please...
I am looking for a private property for own stay, with the very limited budget and being a big fan of FH ones, I am narrowing down to 2 projects now...one is Vacanza @ East, 3BR with decent facility and the other is RV Edge, a 2BR PH, almost no facility...
I am single now but planning to have family soon. For these 2 projects, what are your thoughts?

I would take RV Edge over some slum Kembangan condo, honestly.

In fact, I would take any freaking freehold piece of shit located in D9, 10, 11 over anything anywhere else, no matter how glitzy, new, packed full of facilities and gimmicks etc.

I attribute it to this single truism in football: 'Form is temporary, class is permanent.'

Location is EVERYTHING.
