Well, the Tre Ver balloting is just over. Took place last Saturday 4 August. The developer UOL appointed 6 agencies! 6 agencies!! And between them, they were said to have sold over 140 units for the Tre Ver condo. Apparently 140 units from the balloting itself, and a handful more after that. It's of course nothing like the 300+ units that Park Colonial sold on the night of 5 July, but guess it's OK considering this is an after 5 July result. A lot better than what Daintree and Casa Al Mare did, certainly.

Probably because the Tre Ver price ranges were more realistic at around $1,5xx PSF average. The other two seemed a bit ambitious for their locations. The next upcoming launches will be the Mont Botanik condo at Hillview (not really walking distance to MRT, but freehold), the Jadescape condo at Shunfu, the former Mayfair Gardens condo at Bukit Timah, and the Treasure at Tampines that was previously held up due to traffic studies, but seems to have received the go-ahead. A lot will depend on the pricing they launch at, so we shall see.
