Some of the 2 bedders in the low rise blocks have bomb shelters one. Those should be the cheaper psf I guess.

Its has a very nice and lush landscaping but the high rise blocks look like hdb rental flats from far.....

Pricing wise seems like a much better buy than garden residences.

Those looking and calculating average psf are most likely doing research.

Those buying only need to know whether they buy at the right price.

Another 5% ABSD will not bring the pricing any lower than this without cutting on other thing, maybe pay for parking lot, this project you need to pay monthly parking fee, they call pay as you use.

this project is so much better than the garden residences in terms of pricing and even location.

not sure why Arcachon kept pushing for garden residences.
now when tre ver is launched, he is marketing it and he will likewise do so for other launches
    - that shows he's just an agent keen to make sales without considering the location, price or value for money

There is no one size fit all, just like the other sex.

If one think can find one size fit all must be very fortunate.

    Just like Southbank.

UOL bought the land cheap. Would have creamed the buyers if it was an outright bull but forced to give value to buyers because of cooling measures.

The 1 & 2 bedders are quite attractively, possibly targeting Hdb decouplers for investment. The 3-4 bedders are priced attractively for the developers

seems like 3-4 are targeted at what they think r upgraders. same for daintree. tell people average launch price is 1800psf because its meant for owner occupiers hence using top notch materials.

Could be aimed for enbloc sellers.
