    Story behind the zero cent sale commission and still very happy.

    Was sharing with agent and found the son don't have property yet.

    Ask why and was told waiting to buy HDB.

    After share son job, advise go straight to private instead.

    So happy they take action.

    Talk to lot of agent get to know they got lot of property, they must have told the buyer to buy and most will say agent are all the same guess they buy instead.

    Advise to new agent take care of themselves first, any good deal go ahead and buy first don't waste time on buyer sitting at the fence they might sit there forever.

    Good property don't wait for buyer, good investor don't wait for agent, bad investment take it as a lesson learn, one don't have lot of 10 years to cry.

    The two bedders represent decent value. rooms are a bit tight. i like the low rise blocks. all the river facing units also get west sun.
    amenities are a bit scarce for this exact location. it's easily a 10 min walk to either PP MRT, or even the NTUC fairprice / town centre / Poiz.

    but even if its 1012sq ft, the psf will still not be 13xxpsf mah.

    Price are all indicative, depends on number of LOA. Just like Twin View.

    but its highly unlikely that they will sell the largest 3 bedder at the lowest price quantum lor.
