    What do you think? SRX or bank valuation more accurate? SRX self key in your unit handphone apps quote lower valuation?

    Not accurate. Even banks just follow the srx valuation.
    Lawyers more accurate, valuation much higher than srx. My relative experiences

    Banks will usually match higher than srx.
