MCL Land purchased 99-year leasehold land located at Margaret Drive from Government Land Sales (GLS) in Dec 2016 for $238.39’M. The new development shall be named as Margaret Ville.
It is located near the Commonwealth MRT and Queenstown MRT, served by the East-West MRT line. There are also a variety of buses at the nearby bus stop which offer direct services to Orchard, CBD, Habourfront, Clarke Quay and many other places of interests.

- Choice units from 1 Bedroom to 4 Bedrooms.
