A site at Serangoon North Avenue One has been released by Urban Redevelopment Authority. This site is in the reserve list for the second half of 2016 in the Government Land Sales Program for application from 27 October 2016. There will be reasonably between five and ten bidders once the sales by tender is called for by the Urban Redevelopment Authority. The land price for new condo development is estimated to be two hundred fifty four million dollars to two hundred eighty million dollars which works out to be between five hundred fifty dollars to six hundred dollars per square foot per plot ratio.
