After the TOP of the project...what is the term for the loan fully redeemed?

so after TOP...the loan by the buyers for the 15% is fully disbursed...what is the term for this? how long does it take for the loan to be fully disbursed?

CSC. It depends on how fast BCA gives the green light and from there developer will then request for the final disbursement from the bank.

I was told by my banker..if the 15% after TOP not fully drawn out by seller account...me the buyer legal fee will be more...is it true?

But how does the buyer side know since they might not use the same lawyer when they buy few yrs back and selling now
