Guess it's still fine for those who purchase 13rd floors and up to enjoy the sea view. And as reported in the newspaper, the school is advised by the government to change its design / site plan, based on the blockage complaints from the residents living near to the school. Would the said change of design happen to benefit those units in Vue8 that is affected by the 12-floor school building?
This condo buy for investment can liow... Another donkey years, new MRT station going to be built nearby there.
Looks like quite a good investment buy being just beside OFS and potential of future MRT station. Am curious how come this project so little hype whereas Inflora like hello kitty buying frenzy??

I don't think Vue 8 is selling well as the furnishing provided is standard, layout is also so-so, low ceiling to floor and general comments are like it looks very very plain.
Just look at Stratum it has themes, higher ceiling to floor, nearer to the mrt and facilities.
Except for the fact that it is next to an international sch nearby and sea facing, why the developer is not coming up with exciting new themes, better interior furnishing or design to capture the market given such bad market sediments?
I hope the price wouldn't drop further as it is not fair to the existing homeowners who have committed to the unit despite the flaws.

I think this project is considered fair pricing already in this current expensive climate. I did a search, ranked by lowest price Vue 8 shows up as one of the lower priced projects.
But upon closer look, what you pay is what you get. Very plain. Other projects have better furnishing, higher ceiling etc but more ex n smaller sized.
Only redeeming factor is that it's in a less crowded location, not flanked by other developments like rivertrees n riverbank. So very crowded n packed. Best part is that it's near to the sea. Not near a river or canal.
Bro, it is my personal belief that everyone's entitled to his opinion. You have stated what you think are the pros and cons of Vue8...However, I would dispute that it is not selling well....go see the sales chart on my Web page.
Anyway, for other new launches like Riverbank, the sales chart has been hidden...obviously sales have been slow since launch
So the definition of a successful launch has changed in this pos-TDSR climate.
