depends on the height i think. i think if a normal person can stand when a loft is built above, then the airspace is considered GFA. i know that for far east's 3.5 to 3.7m ceiling where they build lofts, its not counted. but those with 4.7 to 5.1m floor to ceiling areas will be counted as GFA. but i m not really sure at what height the line is drawn.
it actually depends on development. have to check with the agent presenting to u. Some developments do not charge
