But it's indeed a lovely place to work and play.
Where the Govt holds the market to let people (especially first time buyers) buy but many of those that qualify are insecure and many don't qualify for private prices. A few have gotten very far in this market though...
But I would still say HDB is still top value for money for living purposes. You get to enjoy all of these as well.
