It is silly to argue just because the price is going up, it must not be ugly. just look at hdb homes. prices are skyrocketing, but are these dwellings pretty to look at?

btw, kudos to you for having lived in two of the most ugly condos in singapore. you sure have a sense of beauty.
Grow up son, even though how ugly the Parc is, it is still beautiful than your crappybelle where it is really situated in the middle of nowhere, I would buy Botannia anytime as no doubt it is the most nicest project in this vicinity, however I still choose Parc due to its convenience location.

Anyway I would not blame ur retarded brain for choosing crappybelle, since that project suits a clown with a pea brain.

I think she bought 2 or 3 units at The Parc, sold 1 few months back,
and keep the remaining units for own family stay or rental probably.

Haha which projects in the vicinity can claim to have the famous Zoe Tay family as neigbours

Wah! If outside got nice view and nobody can look into my bathtub from outside of the window will be fantastic! Unfortunately that is not the case (that is the problem, a privacy issue, not the window problem).

Don’t accidently slip, drop, break the glass and kill yourself naked and affect the property price of all staying behind.

Residents have to get the right blinds otherwise it may be able to see the human image in the night when the bathroom is lighted up.

Watch out for those corners of the bathroom with windows. Ensure there are no big gaps between the two blinds too.

would be easier to get a contractor to replace the clear window panes with frosted ones.

Yes if one prefer no windows in bathrooms, easier to just get a cheap frosted film n stick it up lor.
Others may prefer Flexibility of Chioces of when they can enjoy natural lights and when they want more privacy by using a blind...

One should read at the rule book of the condo. They may be some restrictions on the degree of visibility or colour of the film that one can use. On the other hand, the view that one is paying will be compromised with frosted glass??

Not a problem lah for the frosted films approved by management. Saw some units' bathrooms already comes with them.
Just open the windows if you want to let in air circulation and more natural light...
Or perhaps a blind which is more flexible...

    Dear Owners,

For main door grille and UV film, there are certain approved design display outside the MA office, so shouldn't be any problem if we follow strictly to that.

What u talking doesn't make sense. Out of the blue make such statement more like crying sour grape.
Anyway zoey tay still keeping a few units at the parc for her relatives n investment.
With the new government ruling, more PRs who had property back home who was looking to buy resale HDB, will now be turning to private property. Good news to all owners!

I think he may be sour. Nick suggests that he is ready to grab fire sales or bargains.

Let him be with his "rich cannot be bothered attitude". If got money just buy some more type.
