Any info, comments on One Fort ?
I used to owned a unit hereOriginally Posted by Unregistered
Good points:
1. Great layout squarish so no room is wasted.
2. Great pool
3. Smallish development which i like, so u don't have a problem with crowds
4. Private lift
Bad points :
1. CES quality is not that great. YOu should have seen my wall when I received the unit. They had to replaster the walls!
2. Common areas are degrading quickly: car park lobby, pools, wall outside of mountbatten road
3. Condo management is not that strong, faced with lots of cost and hard to keep down spending. When I left the maintenance fee for 3 rooms unit was $310, i wouldn't be surprised if they will increase to $350-380 soon.
My unit was facing east so there is no blockage what so ever and I do get the morning sun. I do miss staying there. My rating 7/10.
7/10..
thats good
Which stack on one fort is the seaview/pool view? the one away from HDB.
Is it still a good buy?
A Vietnamese woman was found dead in a Mountbatten condominium swimming pool on Tuesday morning.
35-year-old Ngu Ten Thi Thuyen Hoa, a housewife, was found face-down and floating in the pool of One Fort @ Mountbatten, reported local media.
Ngu, who lived with her 14-year-old daughter at the condominium, is believed to have fallen into the pool during the night.
No bruises or wounds were found on her body, although police recovered from the bottom of the pool a mobile phone and a laptop at the bottom believed to belong to Ngu.
The police have classified Ngu’s death as unnatural and investigations are ongoing.
Looks like this year is bad to be near water....
Is it hot for a condo like this where it is made of glass?
Is the maintenance fee very high now? and is the MCST not good enough? I am considering One fort as one of my purchase choices.
