Not possible in Singapore. COE make more money than parking lot.

well not if the system becomes like HK. Car control is not don't base on COE but the cost of parking space. in the end people still pay but now the $$$ goes to developer who pocket the $$$. not to government in form of taxOriginally Posted by Arcachon
