Botanique at bartley launch over the weekend saw overwhelming response from prospective buyers. Prices just touches the tip of about $1,300psf and its city fringe location is probably the reason for its hot demand. Walk to Bartley MRT Station is about 3 minutes away. On top of that, the finishing seems luxury with natural marble at the living room, SMEG for kitchen electrical appliances and Whirlpool for the washing machine.

Potential buyer who registered for Botanique at Bartley preview filled the tentage while agents were seen "spilling" out from the tentage and queuing under the sun. Balloting was in place for potential buyers to enter the showflat which lasted for about 4 hours.

ya.. think the next 1 at potong pasir mrt likely will be very hot as well.. those just beside MRT station or integrated seems to get very well response..
