At least the project gets to enjoy the seabreeze, so the name still holds. Unlike seaview which does not get to enjoy proper seaviews...

For owners of Seaview, i think it is expected since there is so much land in front of them. Land is too exp to be left vacant in SG.

I tend to agree about the part about pool lacking in privacy, cos' was on my way to 112 last weekend and saw traffic lined along Joo Chiat Road while waiting to enter carpark. Nevertheless, it is in a fantastic location.

These two developments cater for different group of people. Seabreeze is closer to malls, eateries, market, etc.

Can always swim on the 14th floor if there is concern about privacy.

Like many others, I used to be against huge balconies as i find them a great waste of liveable space.

However, I realise many ang mohs tend to like having big big balconies, and quite a handful of viewers actually rejected my unit stating that the balcony is too small. I find that puzzling....

Went to a friend's place to chill out one evening and get to experience her very very big balcony ... lazing on the chair listening to music, enjoying the breeze, half surfing my ipad half dozing off.. . one word to describe "SHIOK" ... The feel of the 'openess and freedom' is not quite like what i get to experience from a small balcony ...

but thats provided u get a decent scenery, no haze and west sun...

Oh ya you remind me of something interesting to share...

For projects like Archi, the inner/pool facing units easily cost 100-200K more than the road facing ones. Reason - road facing is noisy although not directly facing and v close to opp HDB

However, a friend who bought Stellar at RV told me his road-facing unit actually cost 90K more than the inner facing ones. Reason - inner facing ones got no privacy cos too near to neighbouring units
