Thumbs up How to Bring Short Term Landlords To Task

    Any ideas?

If the Chairman of the council is aware of such leasing and closes his/hers eyes and may even participate in it?

If Chairman claims a person is a relative, who and how to confirm? Or claims no money changed hands? The Managing Agent works with the Chairman to delay or script their ambiguous answers.

If an IT company rents a few units for their staff on projects to stay, how may it be legal? Getting a housekeeper?

    Who is going to investigate?
