    Default Refinancing private home loan

    Hi,

    Need your advise if refinance home loan now needed? Is it worth taking fixed rate next 3 years package? SOR rate is shooting up quite fast in the last few days.

    Try Maybank. their fixed rate is the best. Now try to avoid lock in loan with board rate +

    Maybank fixed rates: 1.3% 1st year, 1.4% 2nd year..
