    If every condo unit in JLD can sell for >$1700 psf, I will also be very happy (because mine will definitely be worth much more than 3X more!)!!!!!!!!!!!

    Everywhere in JLD average $900 psf mine already >$2700 psf (and on the "wrong side of CCR" according to Ringo!)!

    If every where JLD average is $1700 psf, mine would be >$5100 psf!

    Those on the "right side of CCR" should see >$8000 psf!!!!!!!!!!

    Anyway, Singapore property prices going to crash within these 2-3 years lah! Talk so much for what?

    Watch out S&P500 futures, going green....... More fun there!

    Vested doesn't mean people can't share negative things about a location. When 5 room hdb in jurong east median price is only $500k and jgateway selling at $1700psf, it is only right that we warn others.

    Jgateway median price is 14xxpsf not 1700psf. And median price of condo in jurong is no more than 1100psf. So why are you using media price of hdb to compare with peak price of condo?

    Where is your logic jayden lim? You think the world around you are as dumb as you?

I was comparing median 5 room flat price in Bishan (with no hoohah news like that of JLD and yet able to achieve $7xxk median price), and jurong east 5 room hdb which only managed to achieve $5xxk median price for 5 room despite all the hoohah news about JLD for 6 years.
