it is true that quite a few banks moved their support function to CBP ...
seriously the middle and back office are NOT the highly paid people in the banking industry. It definitely made sense to move them to CHEAPER location than housing them at Raffles place ...
Also CBP was launched in 1997 ... and the banks only moved part of their business to CBP in 2010 till 2014 ...
a good 13-17 years later ....
Shall we also wait 13 to 17 years before we judge JLD ???

Who purchased anything unit there ? aren't they all owned by JTC and renting out ?

Please explain why median price for 5room hdb in jurong east is only $5xxk with jld news reported for 6 years and bishan 5room median price is $7xxk?
