Old development also.
Hello everyone here, i just got a unit in clift but not yet receive my keys. Was contemplating between lumiere and clift but in the end, went for clift. Can I know, how is the rent for clift now?
Why I choose clift is because lumiere has a kind of funny layout. There is no separation wall or door between the living room and bedroom but it is too small for a wall though. Lumiere was asking 970k and clift 1030k. Agent also bring me to see a 1+1 unit and that is a better comparison. 1 bedroom and 1 living area but 1.25 million. So in the end, went for clift. Can't wait to get the keys

FEO in ST selling the remaining 72 fully-furnished loft apartments above level 32 from 753 sqft from $2700psf. What is the impact on subsale of lower floors? Wonder what quality furnishing are they offering?
the buffer is good. Existing owners will have even more arrogant smiling face for their good judgement to chop in 2009.
quatum is around 500-600k rite?
But really move so much in such short period is a double-edge sword.
Nothing beats landed for the past 1.5yrsOriginally Posted by rattydrama

It is alright if they play and leave it tidy. The problem is the mess they created and affect the neighbourhood's pricing.Originally Posted by devilplate

Those bigger 1300-2000sqft apts definitely can sublet out their rooms...happen to pearlbank for eg.
Furthermore, they buy high....die die must rent out high too..
