This index always present half side of the story. MM down 0.8%. Central (exclude MM) down 0.7%. Outside central increase 0.1%.

Can I also conclude central MM bear the brunt of the fall, and that OCR MM holding strong or even gaining? Really can't tell... More complete data please.

Index is useless because it does not distinguish:

(i) Freehold prime (district 9, 10, 11) vs. leasehold CBD (district 1 and 2) vs. Sentosa when measuring central district property.

(ii) MM-size two bedders (600 sq foot) and three bedders (800 sq foot) etc which both seem to be included in the index even though MM one bedders (<500 sq foot) are not.
