She ask me is there still value for DBSS @ today market ?

With EC & Private popping up in this small island.


She a bit regret paying premium for it..

I told her might have difficulties selling high,

Main factor is "LOCATION"for sure... Near to mall/MRT/amenities/etc/etc/etc

My friend told me Property Guru asking for 950K
