    Default Citibank revise interest rates

    later payment interestrates so those who is overleverage and roll credits bewarned.



    Revision to late payment charge

    Please note that with effect from 08 June 2014, the Late Payment Charge on your Citibank Credit Card account will be revised from S$55 to S$60.

    *Please note this revision is not applicable for Citi Ultima Card and Citi Prestige Card.

    Revision to Cash Interest Rate

    Cash Interest Rate refers to the interest rate applied on outstanding debit balances from Cash advance, Cash advance fee, Quasi-cash transactions, Outstanding Balances pursuant to the Balance Transfer Program after the expiry of the promotional Tenure, and interest charges resulting from such transactions.

    Please note below the revisions to cash interest rate with effect
    from 08 June 2014.

    Current Cash Interest Rate Revised Cash Interest Rate
    18% 20%
    24% 26%
    27% 29%

    For customers who have availed of the Balance Transfer Program, please note that the above Revised Cash Interest Rate will be applicable on your outstanding balances pursuant to the Balance Transfer Program after the expiry of the promotional Tenure.

    *Please note this revision is not applicable for Citi Ultima Card.

    Changes to computation of Minimum Payment

    Please note that with effect from 08 June 2014, any amounts in excess of your combined credit card limit will not be included in the Total Minimum Payment and will be reflected separately in "Your Bill Summary" located on the first page top right of your statement as your "Over limit Amount". Please note that any Over limit Amount must be paid immediately in addition to the Total Minimum Payment.

    Clarification on our right to appropriate payments

    Please note if you have made payments to us without specifying which Citibank account(s) your payment is intended for, Citibank reserves the right to allocate such payments to any of your Citibank account(s) with outstanding balances as we deem appropriate.

    Your Citibank Credit Cardmember's Agreement will be revised accordingly to reflect the above. Please refer to www.citibank.com.sg for the revised Cardmember's Agreement.

    Clarification on GIRO/Direct Debit Authorisation Instructions

    Please note that with effect from 08 June 2014, where you have given us a GIRO/Direct Debit Authorisation instruction to debit your nominated account(s) with a bank/finance company to pay the Total Minimum Payment in respect of your Citibank Credit Card account(s), the Over limit Amount will not be paid pursuant to such instruction and you will have to pay the Over limit Amount separately.

    every year also increase one. so need to be very careful to play their game.

    Never bank with the foreign banks...... not worth it.
