1. Eat the cherry asap, best is to eat both of them.
2. Property will go up and down, miss one still got others.
3. After you get the money and the property is too high put in the Bank and wait.
4. When they tell you to stop buying and you still can buy go ahead and buy, sometime they say say only that why got 7 CMs otherwise 1 CMs and you are out of the game.
5. Now is the time to wait for the next cycle to come.

An average joe should be looking at hdb/ec or mass market condo. They cannot afford a condo in orchard in the first place.
