One cent of advise, if you have taken your keys on any TOP project. Please go pay your TV radio license whether u live in or NOT. The fine come very fast. You need to automati pay not wait for the letter. The only letter always come with fine. If I not wrong within 14 days after keys collection.

i never pay TV licence .. no letter either ..

from defects repair, to renovation ..if you want to do up your house swee swee ..can take 3-4 mths .. during whihc i was still not staying there ,,and no TV ,.so with or without letter ..I WONT PAY ..

this is one thing i can never swallow . .we are considered first world country ..and still charging TV license ?? what a joke .. PAP should be ashame of themselves ...

anyway i only pay when i have a TV .. simple as that .. they can come and inspect if they want to ..

they wont fine you .. if they dare .. go see you MP ..and make a mockery of these govt bodies .. i did .. told them off ..DONT CALL YOURSELF FIRST WORLD COUNTRY IF YOU STILL CHARGE TV LICENSE

My asking price is $820 psf for a slight profit, after deducting off all fees/interest incurred. It's facing the 50m lap pool, unit 03-23. My intention, if I can't sell off, is to rent out or sell out in Q1/Q2 2010 when IR opens. Thanks.

Taken a look already. Very very nice place I must say, I think you will love it.

Except for the rubbish chute, I think it is one of the better places I have seen, thought fully laid out to create a nice feel while walking in and around the development.

Thanks all for your help. Yes, I have a unit at 03-23 for sale, however I've revised my price to $850 psf as a lot of developers have up their prices also. ie. I've to pay more to switch over to other projects. Also, the Centro Residence, AMK hub is going to sell at 1k to 1.2k psf for a 99 years, makes mine 850 psf looks cheap man. Heard they already collected 100+ cheque for forthcoming viewing. BTW, I've just got a genuine offer that come in at 830 psf just today with a cheque but I pass. If developers keep increasing prices, I may revise my price again

2 things u can do.

Do Not make the level permanant fixture meant no hole drill. Can be done ask your designer.

second Drill it but close the main door when doing. Do it last. Normally they wont knock your door and check.

Botannia submitted the development plan before the new rule. So it mean;
NO. The planter box and bay window are NOT included in the Taxable GFA.

And knowing developers;
YES. The planter box and bay windows are included in the GFA a.k.a unit size when sold to you.
