i think to hold hand with your boy is very expensive wor.... i got to fork out 700+psf?!! Anyway, my boy can definitely get in even if we stay at Pulau Ubin so if you ballot successful, we still hold hand ok. Forget about paying the insane amount

I would like to know why agents now quote higher prices for carabelle than for botannia? at launch, carabelle was selling for 600psf, and botannia 720psf. And they were launched at about the same time, early 2007.

The quotes I am getting are still higher for Botannia as compared to Carabelle.
The gap seems to be narrowing though.

Its was in the flyer sent to me by agents who wanted to put up my place
for sales. That unit sold was #02-29 at stack 31.

you are right, I have a place to stay now and since I an old gal of NH so of course no problem to let my boy get in irregardless I stay where now.

And I am waiting for someone to sell me at the right price so I am not sure how much you mean by below market price? Reason being I hope to shift west so my boy do not have to spend so much time on the road thats all.

Expected TOP should be September this year.

I read on this as on 2006 the target enbloc price is S$324psf ( Maybe wrong) Build up cost let said is $400psf. Balance is $724psf. Usual mark profit 10% to 15%. So is around 796.4psf to $832.6psf.

Just my thought and maybe defer. Any other cal.
