    Other things to consider are

    1) Possible congestion during morning and evening hours (just like going to Mount E hospital)
    2) Noise coming from elevators, or some drunk arse blowing their V10 engine in the middle of the night
    3) Kids playing with the cars while parents are sleeping
    4) Exhaust fumes and smell of burning rubber
    5) Expensive maintenance cost

Think drivers are not allow to be inside the car.. drivers have to take the passenger lift up separately.

I believe this is more of a paid commercial instead of actual owner living there.

    No wonder.

Was trying to spot any Toyota or Nissan in the car park... lol they covered that bit well with also name brand cars.

developers might have park their own cars in the carpark to create the hype.

I honestly think it is really insane to pay this kind of money to complicate your life. How long does it take for the car to travel from carpark to apartment and vice versa.

    Troublesome:

What if the car lift fails? Extra time in waiting for the lift to fetch the car? Interesting to have several people waiting for the lift during peak hours, particularly if the family wants to go out with two cars.

    I prefer basement carpark.

The dance floOr reminds me of Oxley's tinted glass facade.

I guess the carpark within the unit is for showcasing; only the car that the owner doesn't drive daily will be park there. the daily use cars will still be park in the basement carpark?

I cannot imagine insects (e.g. cockroaches) hiding under the carriage crawl out and into the house at night. Furthermore, not sure if there is door to segregate the car from the lift, else a trip could result in fall into the deep shaft. Gimmicky at best.

If you can park your car downstairs, why do you want to bring it up your house? I think the need for showcasing your cars at home are only for people who couldnt afford it.
