The penthouse unites are barely over 1000 psf

If indeed one can buy new units at Concourse Skyline at $1500 psf, it makes no sense to buy into this development at any higher price and still need to wait for a few years for TOP.
    Invade ? By ALIEN ?

    LOL

    Anyway

Concourse Skyline the most attractive points are

    1) Downstair has got Sheltered walkway to CIRCLE LINE
    2) Short walking distance to Golden Mile Food centre

I really can't imagine if this NEW CRAP Kallang Riverside going to be MORE expensive than concourse/duo...I am going to FAINT

That is the price you need to offer if you want to sell , there are 298 lisings for sale on property guru , there has not been any transaction this year in this property , if you want to sell you have to cut the price 1500-1600 is where you have to sell if you are a serious seller in this market , therefore if you have a new development and want to close 200 sales in the opening week 2000 psf in a worse location than skyline is not going to cut it , everyone at a mininmun is going to look at the prices on offer at citilights and say i will pay a bit more than this but a bit less than concourse skyline so they will need to launch the bulk of units around 1600 psf for 3 bedders and maybe 2k for small 1 bed ...even then I would much rather buy the cheap unit offered in citilights , can rent out on day 1 and enjoy rent for 3 years before this new building TOP

Hahaha when I bring clients to see very affordable units, I can always hear them make comments like "So small this, so small that..."

Then when I show them big units like these, will hear them say things like "so expensive"....

Want big, want good location, want freehold, but want cheap. Wah piang where to find....?
