We did do some renovation...
Basically, we believe there is still upside potential with the upcoming mrt, mall and Bidadari nearby hence the asking price. Also last transacted was 2.3 million for my land size.

First floor has car porch big enough to park my toyota estima, a big living room, a bathroom, a bedroom and a big kitchen that can fit a dining table for 6 to 8 and a moderate sized backyard with small garden and 2 papaya trees that bears fruits frequently...

Actually since valuation was 2 million, I was just testing my luck by asking higher. Actually, hubby not keen to sell at this price but I am trying to persuade him....

Landed property is one which is difficult to sell...........
Reasons:
1) Large quantum, many citizens can't afford, foreigners and PRs (many who are successful people who can afford) cannot buy.
2) For citizens who can afford, many will not buy landed anymore! I know many people are also moving from landed to condos and ultimately wanted to sell their landed. For many younger ones, they prefer condo life-style and environment (more convenient location + facilities + security + ease of car parking for visitors).

Yes and the TDSR and CMs also make it difficult to sell...
