some pple may call me weird but for prime area, i'd rather pay 4m for a smaller 4 bedder condo than 3m for cluster house (climb stairs like mad, pay maintenence for in house lift if dun want to climb stairs, limited facilities etc). i hope others will agree with me and not find me an oddball hahaha.
