How do you rent out rooms in condo?

Anyone here have got experience renting out condo rooms separately to tenants?

a) Do you need to have separate TA for each room?
b) How do you manage utility bills?
c) Is there a limit to how many occupants you can have per room and per unit?

not sure a and b

but for c :

Govt guide line is 3 to a room... but I know many PC owners don't follow .. HDB is more strict.

a) up to u.
b) split utility.
3) i think no one care for condo

splitting utilities always lead to disagreement among tenants. best of luck

c --- too many pple sharing a room may be too noisy.. my colleague china man share room with 5 others in a condo - kena complain for noise pollution n chased out.

Yeap, condo if u lease out to too many ppl. U will kenna complain left, right, center.

Especially if u have "high-class" ppl around your condo.

I know a case, the neighbour whom is a lawyer even sue the owner for "over-populating" the unit.
