    Prestige Point, a mixed development of 15 residential and 12 commercial units coming up along Upper Paya Lebar, near Bartley. It'll be a freehold development.

    Details are still pretty raw and new at the moment; will update once I get more information!

    someone asked me what is the size of the bedroom ?
    -my prestige point showflat showcased 2bedroom dualkey , each bedroom actually placed a king size bed , and still have sizable walkway .

    seeing is believing , call me for the showflat location and viewing time

    Pls answer straight to the point la.

    What is the size of the 2 room(s) eg in the type R1 452 sq ft unit 03-01.
    or the size of the room in the 1BR unit 03-04

    Anyway the pics of the layout are poor in my opinion.

    Do you give a copy of layout indicating the unit which the customer purchase when your customers put in their deposit (I know some do).
    In the plan is there a scale say 1:200?

    At least estimate the rough size of the room etc..

    If you do not reveal how to buy unless just for pure speculation.
    For our own stay we need to plan and not until after paying up or TOP right.

    From the floor plans I have provided you can tell that the bedrooms while not roomy are of a comfort able size.

    The balconies in this development are smaller than usual

    Hi Dyland,

    If you are looking for a condo for your own stay, I recommend you Lush Acres EC 4 Bedder (1302sq ft) around the same price as a 3 Bedder in PP. Assuming you meet the qualifying criteria of course.

    PP is more targeted at Investors

    Woah, was busy during CNY... come back so many people post in my thread. Hope everyone had a good CNY celebration.

    I managed to get some data up for Prestige Point. Information can be found here:

    One interesting thing about this development is that they managed to squeeze a couple of 2 bedder units into 452 sqf without balconies.

    There are also a couple of dual key units (2 bedroom) where you can get double tenants.

    The PSF seems to be a little on the higher side, but of course the price can always be negotiated.

    On a side note, I wouldn't actively recommended at the commercial units, though the residential units can be considered. Like someone mentioned, it seems to be targeted as an investment unit, rather than one for own stay.

    Thanks, it seems that there is no yard area in the layout for the three-bedder? Where to put the washer/dryer?

    The washer/dryer should be next to the sink.

    Typically condos with a dryer don't have a yard area.
