    Yes, location is quite good. Beside makan places and markets.

    The new site is 4.56ha (~490k sqft) with a plot ratio of 1.4.

    Plot ratio for WFW/WFK is 2.5, and the site area is ard 215k sqft.

    The GFA for the new site is about 25% larger than WFW/WFK, and can build close to 600 units, which is ~25% more units than WFW/WFK.

    So, 15 floor/stack is not an issue.

    MRT within 400m seems to be almost confirmed for this plot of land... sure hotly contested

    Think the DTL3 - Kaki Bukit station will be very near to this new site... You are right, it will be hotly contested... and makes no different for gov to launch more lands... price will still be high... By the way, this is the tactic of gov to make more $$$

    The other DTL3 station is Temasek Station... there are still 3 huge pieces of land around this station with estimated of 2500+ units. Gov has good planning, sure huat!

    In between Kaki Bukit and Temasek station will be xxxxxxxxxx Station, with one of the station openings near Damai secondary school to cater residents around Bedok North.

    Don't know when they are going to announce DTL3 locations ... days b4 election to win votes?

    There are large number of HDBs between Jalan Tenaga & the new plot of land so I think there will be 2 MRT stations, one near Tenaga and one near the plot of land .... u know SG gov is profit oriented one

    wow....meaning that the developer will hv to remove the entire hill in order to built a condo....this would eat into the develop cost...the new development cfm ex!....this plot of land should have the best view amongst all the development there....

    This small little hill is very popular with people flying their motorized air-plane. What a waste to remove and make way for new development. Sigh!

    not take up the entire small hill for the development right? but think more than 60%

    1.4 should be looking at 5 storeys.

    If Centris at Jurong West and Casa Merah at TM can sell at 9XX psf ... why not WFK with poolview, ultimately WFW/WFK are much more livable than these projects with the potential of DTL3 station close by

    developer is holding back the launching of WFG until July... they are waiting for the announcement of DTL3 station... Heard it will be near to the development...

    The only stacks worth a million are the one's facing the reservoir

    1,2,5,6,9,10,13,14 bank valuations are much higher for them

    Stacks 15,16,21,22 face an HDB parking lot....650psf only

    The one's facing the pool....720psf maybe

    Don't be thinking you can ride the coattails of the premium stacks
