    Fyi, stack 22 (mid-floor) sub-sale just closed at $776psf and stack 25 closed at $809psf.

    hey...u guys missed the beef steaks and the freshly bbq satays....the bbq fish and black pepper chicken is nice...wahhaah....yum yum...keep the free bbq coming.....lets bring our own beers next time

    wah, u tried all the BBQ food...!!! I was bz talking to the neighbors.

    I tried some of the bbq plus the nasi goreng, mushroom, salad, fried prawn, sotong n sausages. Quite alot also, wahaha!

    i missed the steaks and satays as well...was busy talking to u guys...my wifey and maid was enjoying it...hahaha....however the fish and pepper chicken is nice.....the chief was trying his best to cook as fast as we eat....wahahaha.......

    Most of the stacks have windows installed up to Level 8 or 9.



    Kitchen tiles up for those with windows installed.


    Some stacks facing reservoir with air-con installed.

    Compared with the previous update, it takes abt 1 week to install the windows for 1 floor.

    All windows should be fully installed by early August.

    err..initial launch mabe crazy..but later on got starbuy leh...3bedder facing park goodie! still can i tink 5 to 10 flr to choose

    compared with current market, its cheap like crazy
