    Average of $250k of profit in 1.5 yrs. Not too bad. Now waiting for the MRT news to boost the psf.

    GOLD is already selling at a minimum of $850psf. more room for Waves

    Expect >$900psf for 3-bedder unit after TOP nxt yr

    It's a sleeping dragon. Only thing missing is MRT, which is coming. Location wise will anyone dare to claim that its worse than Treehouse or Scala? Probably not. It's afterall district 16. I'm surprised the pricing has not been more agressive.

    I have no problems with it being undervalued. Godd for investors and owners. It simply means more upside. I'm just surprised that the pricing by the developers is not more aggressive, especially when one of them is FEO. lol.

    FCP is controlling WFG prices...so if u tink WFG underpriced....wrong timing? wrong marketing strategy? wrong concept? wrong sizes? wrong quantum? well, they oredi cannot sell well at current pricing oredi...so wat makes u tink tat they had underpriced or not agressive enuff? to me, they oredi very agressive...tats y sales response wasnt good compared to scala

    well, still got the very last plot of land haven launch!! and tat project is SOLELY BY FEO!!!!

    Over-supply of condo around Bedok reservoir area in the near term... few more plots coming up soon, ppls r taking their time.

    if the MRT station is ready by now, then it'll b different story.

    for condo: buyers shd wait longer! den later buy from me at higher prices when i feel like cashing out

    for landed: sellers dun wait liao...bubble coming...sell cheap cheap b4 bubble burst...haha

    for HDB: govt pls do smthing about it....i still not eligible to buy 1!!! HDB prices pls crash...hahaha...better still...pls crash when i can buy 1

    People who bought bishan 8 also have long term view. Then what happened? It seems that prices at range above $1k not likely to enjoy significant capital gain unless whole market change drastically, at least next 10 years. By then new condo more attractive ....the cycle repeats. So unless plan to lease out or own stay, $1k price above range not worthwhile if hope capital gain.
