    Got cinema inside?

    As far as I know, Bedok Point will be injected into Fraser Centrepoint Trust (FCT) after completion... and FCT is a very conservative trust, and they don't like mall with cinema. The reason is cinema unable to generate good rental yield.

    I think during the Feb/March/April period, most people bought for own stay (Caspian, DBR, WFW). Speculators only appear in 8@W, WFK onwards ... until we have this 721sqft 2br in TreeHouse@Chestnut

    yes atleast $80psf of profit after 1 year... More upside, future MRT & reservior development not yet price in.

    Once all the waterfront development is completed. It will b another east cost.

    I think it works both ways. DTL3 gives the residents more transport option but other residents in the East too can easily visit Bedok Reservoir via MRT.

    should b from $1.25mil for 3rd floor onwards. actually not expensive in current market.

    Congrats ... looking at the caveats ... the low floors (3/4th floors) facing reservoir are sold fairly at about 807psf.
