    700+psf for WFK is too cheap liao, if FEO alone selling sure at 900psf already. Casa Merah already beyond 900psf.

    Latest units transacted at CM during Sept 2009 to Feb 2010 ranges between $790psf - $925psf
    Average Owner's Price Expectation $900psf
    Average Banks Indication $900psf

    (1) This PQ is for the Build Only Civil Contract 922 in Downtown Line Stage 3. The LTA invites applications for PQ from civil engineering contractors with proven expertise and experience in the design and construction of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) underground stations and tunnels.

    (2) Contract 922 comprises the construction of one underground civil defence MRT station and an approximately 460m long cut-and-cover overrun tunnel located at Changi Business Park.
