Silversea (FEO) - Marine Parade Station
Meadows @ Pierce (UOL) - Kebun Baru Station, Springleaf Station...

My friend had a long list of defects for them to rectify.
But Cote D'Azur is a nice project in a good location. I like their swimming pool. Nice nice!

I know the recommendation is 1 - 2 %
But I remember reading in the papers, its up to sellers and agent to negotiate. so what's the norm?
