Not sure... but think you can get a unit at $855k... it is better to visit the showflat to get a better feel...

Icic... think the owners have already made money... less than $600 psf during initial launching...

when looking back, price of SG property really increased by alot, even we just gone through the worst economy downturn....

China construction quite terok... my plc only 4 yrs and things are already falling apart

can't wait for the universal studio to be opened

This is very misleading... even LTA has already dismissed the developer information (MRT location on Ad) as wild guesses... but today's ST still shows ton of these Ads...

Met some friends today, heard that the finishings of The Quartz is very teruk... very disapointing...

Just did a check on the contractor of The Quartz, it is China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co PTE LTD...

Hope WFW will be ok...

Cote D'Azur was also built by them. Their workmanship was very bad too.
My friend had a long list of defects for them to rectify.

But Cote D'Azur is a nice project in a good location. I like their swimming pool. Nice nice!

Developer has removed "Bedok Reservoir MRT" from Waterfront Key advert today. If you still have a copy of 25th July ST, you can see "Bedok Reservoir MRT" there.

Any idea how much do we need to pay agent for selling a condo unit?
I know the recommendation is 1 - 2 %
But I remember reading in the papers, its up to sellers and agent to negotiate. so what's the norm?
