So much of this starbuy or rather stucksell...just kidding..

Wonder the "expert" agents or "forumers" in this forum could provide how
much will the value of WFW go up if the future DTL station is close to WFW.
Can please provide some value add assessment? Will it be comparable
or even better then DB & Livia, Caspian, etc

This will give potential buyers some extra points to consider

    Cheers!!

Pardon me if i may seem skeptical but does feng shui really matters? Never understood how does feng shui affects one's life. All seem rather bullish to me...

Doesn't really matter now... you have already bought your unit based on your instinct and preference. Just stick with it as it was your liking that is the most important.

i dont think you understand what i am trying to ask. I am asking those people who believes in feng shui, how does it affect them. Meaning to say, i am not pondering about my purchase but rather curious on who some people factor the feng shui element in their lives....

Went down to showroom recently. ERA agent told me the DTL station
most likely at Reservoir, near to the playground area where the carpark is located.

Wonder whether how accurate is the projection. Anyone of you are given
    the same information?

    Look at the forum from
    http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/a...&mid=25032&new
The "fung sui master" did not really understan the project well and start giving advice. All his advice is base on siteplan and not to the detail floor plan. Some of the units did not face the direction as he mentioned.
eg. "Units or stacks 15, 16, 21, 22 and 25 should be SW3 (or SW2) facing." By study clearly, 16 and 25 are not the same as 15, 21 and 22.
There are more mistake after you go through the forum.
So still think better to be safe than sorry?

Home feng sui is all abt layout, direction n orientation inside n outside of the house... If a house is all good for the above, the ppl living inside will feel good too... If a person always feel good, then the thing he or she do will b good n smooth...

From a Buddhist perspective, if you are committing very good karma, even not-so-good feng shui can be changed. 凡人命运, 圣人运命。
