If you study the photos carefully, the site will be quite cramp after completion... the distance between blocks will be very close to each others... Anyway, this happened to most of the developments.

Cyl will organize a crazy BBQ party upon T.O.P, and we guys can book the BBQ pavillions at the tennis court, but make sure you guys don't burn down stack 25, hahaha...

Standing ovation to DP Architects! Two different projects combined to become an integrated waterfront resort style condo. They are very creative in utilising the land space, and good positioning for the stacks. Although the pool area is smaller for WFK, but it has more unblock units.

I think FEO/Fraser will be using the same showflat to exhibit WFK, and also believe WFK will share the similar layout as WFW.

Yup...hottest choice for parent is Red Swastika.
St. Anthony's Canossian is an all girls school.
If you want your kids into sport, you may consider Yu Neng Primary.

Temasek Pri is also another top pick for parent. But this is outside 1km.

Red Swastika only has Higher chinese and Wushu is stronger

Yu Neng has Higher chinese and chinese. Table Tennis is their strong sport.

RS- forever need to ballot for Phase 2B and 2C.

Yu Neng - during 2007. for Phase 2C within 1Km, no need to ballot but for 2008, within 1 km need to ballot.

In term of distance , Yu Neng is better. Just locate behind Waterfront, cross the overhead bridge

Think Yu Neng is better choice for me, I can ask the nanny to bring my children from the back door of WFW which is nearest to my stack

but... wow, need ballot even within 1km.

Are you still living at Bedok area?

Volunteer work is the school assign, not u decide.

Some popular school, even u want to volunteer, they will ask u. What can u do?

I know RS volunteer list also super long and fill up easily.
heard say during 2007/8, the list went up to like 100++

for volunteer, u need to call the school and ask.

registration name base on the address that shown on ur NRIC.

    If like for the case..
eg.. the condo only TOP next yr. Then this yr, u need to registration ur child using the new address. U can. But need to bring along some doc which I can't remember what is that.

Check with MOE for more information.

This is extracted from MOE website for last year registration.
J: For Registration using address of yet-to-be completed property

An original Sales and Purchase document is required if the address of a yet-to-be completed property is used for registration. A copy of this document is to be retained by the school. Parents using the yet-to-be completed property address for registering their child in a school of choice must move into the new property within two years of the child’s entry into Primary One. For this purpose, the date of commitment by the developer in T.O.P (Temporary Occupation Permit) must not be later than 31 Dec 2010.
