checked before, heard there is no firm plan. but some think is near to sengsong. i think if MRT is to built, one of the stop must be at Temasek poly. in this case, it seems that the MRT track has to route along Ave 10, unlikely to be along the bedok reservior road.. just my thoughts.Originally Posted by Water Lover

I think $528psf is bullshit. Let me know who.s selling & if its a regular type of unit . not one with plenty of unusable air spaces. I will buy right away .

that was their new showroom
ya they also relaunch
got call by my agent she say psf 500+ to 600+
it belong to another development. Interesting, wonder what psf the developer going to launch at lower...... same developer.... if psf lower than waterfront waves, then no business for waterfront waves.... if too high psf, then also dun bother to launch lah

In a land scarce country like Singapore, land is expensive. Developer will maximise whatever space they have. It is unavoidable sometime. If you choose those facing reservoir, you have a fantastic view which come at a premium but you have to "tahunt" the traffic noise night & day. Of course for those who are rich & can afford to leave the air-con on whole day than these stacks are the best. Left and right are reserved for new development. Facing the park is good but I think you may get the noise from PIE. stack 15, 16...etc. which you mentioned, I think developer has problem because of space constraint but at least it screen off the noise from PIE and afternoon sun and has a open HDB carpark creating some opened space and quiet. Those pool facing which people always claimed good are normally facing opposite neighbours and blocked all wind coming in. You can even see & hear what your neighbour cooking for some of my friend condo which I visited. So u have to decide which one u can "tahunt" more. One think I find good abt WW which is designed by DP architects, it seemed that the units are spacious and the facing is outward minimizing facing your neughbours which can be metres about.Originally Posted by kale
Ya boy.. I visited those condos and small developments.. getting worse and worse.. all so close to one another... It's even worse than HDB...
I actually find HDB now seems to be getting better than condos..hmm...kaka
no body go visit showroom? just back, selling 600psf only...
think stack 25 is the best buy with best price.... balcony facing tennis court, and with the bedok town park seperate from PIE... if you stay higher, actually is noiser... noise travels upwardOriginally Posted by kale
went to take a look, pretty quiet for a saturday afternoon. 600psf is only for "star buys" below 8th level, i think.Originally Posted by noblebaby
once again, huge huge balcony area.
yup, 600-730psf for the star buy below 8th floor. Reservoir facing still selling at >800+psf.
sold 8-9 units since relaunched with new price.
Showroom setting up for the other plot of land (not the waterfront collection). From the outline of the showroom, it seems not as well design like waterfront wave, probably priced cheaper (just thoughts).
this may stir up a price war for that stretch.

noblebaby, ca i confirm with you that along highway, higher floor will hear the noise more?
yes, higher floor more noisy... you can go try at the HDB nearby, at lower floor, you feel nothing... once get to higher floor, 10th, you hear sound from cars along PIE... but not lound and very constant, coz quite a distant...Originally Posted by kgchong
