I stay around that area, no plane sound except during National Day periods. Forumer Eastlover living in Tropica also did not notice any plane noise.

Park facing owners are surprised the noise from PIE is quite minimal. The HDB on the opposite side of PIE is more noisy. Guess the trees in the park help to filter the noise.

Guess noise tolerance is relative lah, SG everywhere is quite noisy, even face reservoir also noisy with busy Bedok Reservoir Road, Silversea next to ECP lagi jialat but compensated with seaview loh

300m away from PIE should be fine even at high floors ..

No chance to view this place. My cousin sold his unit at $1.3mil recently. Not bad. Made about $400,000.

It's their investment unit. Good base money for future investment. I started the same way.

went to my colleague's unit. It was one floor below top floor.

It is very noisy, as expected facing the PIE.

But one thing I note is the tiling worksmanship is TERRIBLE.

Uneven height for tiles, the grouting for the marble is very badly done.

I wonder how the developer will "fix" the flooring.

yes, the grout is big for the living room, it is not marble, only homog tiles.
