    Cool

Just rented out one of my units last week with higher rental. I would say location is key. This unit is in central near MRT.

Rentals are generally slow around this time of year. Expats tend to move around in Spring and early Summer rather than year end. My tenant is leaving in early Nov. and I got an offer from a new tenant for $100 pm month more at the moment. At least it seems to be holding up.
